Mgr. Fabián Černý

Mgr. Fabián Černý has been active in legal practice since the beginning of his studies at Palacký University in Olomouc. He has been working at ECOVIS ježek law firm since March 2022, starting as a legal assistant where he gained practical experience under the guidance of our experienced lawyers. He successfully completed his law studies in 2025 and continues his career path at our firm, where he has been working as a junior lawyer since September 2025. He focuses primarily on civil law, criminal law, and constitutional and fundamental rights, providing comprehensive legal assistance to clients under the supervision of our lawyers.

In addition to his lawyer practice, he is actively interested in the implementation of artificial intelligence in legal practice. Since March 2025, he has been a member of the global ECOVIS AI Group, which is dedicated to implementing AI tools and procedures in the practice of the international ECOVIS network with the aim of improving productivity, quality, and innovation across all services provided. Within this group, he contributes to the development of strategies for responsible use of AI.
